Job Profile
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This is a leadership position where the individual will be responsible for managing a fast growing practice in the areas of business research and advisory practice. He/she would directly report to AVP, Business Research.
- Such a person should possess a strong blend of strategic and analytical thinking and operations execution. Analytical thinking is required to enable him / her to structure and guide research / consulting assignments with clients, and manage the project internally.
- To ensure smooth execution of all projects and business, he /she will need to possess excellent operations management capabilities.
- Operational responsibility will include grooming talent, managing large and growing teams, developing internal methodologies and continuously refining training modules and ongoing process improvement, ensuring high scores on customer satisfaction surveys.
- He / she will work closely with senior management team in developing and implementing strategies for new business lines, in business development support and in managing the company’s growth
- This role involves the responsibility of managing multiple clients across the world and this may also involve overseas travel.
POSITION REQUIREMENT:
- MBA’s from top tier institutes.
- 8-10 years of top notch experience, preferably in research, or related areas such as consulting or analytics-oriented jobs
- Strong finance knowledge, valuation modeling capabilities, writing skills, ability to identify key growth driver challenges, regulatory issues, future trends, technology changes, manufacturing strategies etc.- Self starter and highly motivated.

Given above set of responsibilities, this individual: - Is expected to display strong theoretical grounding and possess the ability to multi-task and work on several types of projects / areas.
- Needs to possess exceptional writing / presentation skills (writing samples required) and be extremely detailed oriented.
- Needs to possess strong project management, client management, leadership and people management skills.
- Should have an attitude to “do what it takes to fulfill client requirements” – which could include working to aggressive deadlines, managing team issues etc.
