Position              : Assistant Manager / Senior Analyst– Equity Research

Location             : Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support investment analysis activities across public markets, including due diligence and post-deployment monitoring.
• Conduct research on direct and fund-based investment opportunities; assist in evaluating their merits and risks.
• Maintain and update portfolio analytics, asset allocation models, and attribution/contribution tracking for multi-asset portfolios.
• Liaise with fund administrators, external advisors, and other stakeholders for effective portfolio operations.
• Prepare detailed investment presentations, proposals, and memos for internal and client use.
• Stay updated on market trends and macroeconomic events impacting investment strategies.
• Demonstrate strong financial modeling skills and a solid understanding of business and valuation drivers.
• Exhibit strong writing and communication skills to clearly articulate investment theses and recommendations.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

1. The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in the portfolio reporting and analytics domain.
2. The candidate should have prior experience in the portfolio reporting (attribution analysis, allocation effect analysis).
3. The candidate should have exposure to evaluating global macroeconomics and asset classes.
4. The candidate should have knowledge of

• Financial modelling and valuation concepts.
• • Writing reports of various types – Investment notes, short comments on global asset classes.
