Job Profile
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Preparing strategic supplier/company risk reports, covering details on company operations, recent initiatives, key strategic focus, management changes, business issues, financial issues, and other challenges.
•Additionally, identifying sustainability risk of companies/suppliers by conducting a sustainability discussion on topics such as labour, health, safety, business ethics, environment, etc.
•Analysing results and identify sustainability risks in the supply chain. These reports help Procurement team in understanding the qualitative and quantitative risk of supplier.
•Promote improvement activities by suggesting best practices to high-risk suppliers.
•Supporting the team with the primary research (connecting with suppliers across the globe) on sourcing projects
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Key Skills:
•MBA / Graduate (Any) from a reputed institute
•1-2 years of experience in primary and secondary research.
•Good research skills and good written and oral communication skills
•Knowledge of MS Office, including MS Word and PowerPoint is also required
•Top-notch analytical and communication skills

•Self-starter and highly motivated
•Take ownership and approach problems in a methodical and logical manner
•Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
