Job Profile
The role of the Data Analyst for Product Control includes:
Data analyst tasks for FX and structured products, including Front to back reconciliation between front trading
systems and core banking system, independent price verification (IPV), Bid-Offer valuation adjustments, daily
trading P&L statements including P&L explanation, month-end reconciliation versus financial statements using
analytics tools like SAP BW, Tableau or GT Match
Assessing new products in the new product approval process
Increase efficiency of current processes (review, propose enhancements, drive implementation) and increase
degree of automation using Dataiku or Python
Close collaboration with specialists from other teams within Market Risk and Finance (MIS & Accounting &
Treasury)
Acting as central point of contact for Central IT | Global Products & Services IT for RtB topics
Stakeholder in Product Control roadmap projects to increase overall efficiency
The role is temporary with potential extension
Skills:
University degree in Finance or similar
Experience in Risk or Finance, ideally Product Control unit (3+ years)
In-depth knowledge on FX or structured products and related derivatives
Experience in front trading applications like Front Arena Prime, Murex, etc.
Familiarity with SAP BW and Tableau
Excellent know-how in process optimisation and automation
Programming skills (Python, SQL, Dataiku or alike) desired
Team-oriented, able to collaborate with highly qualified, technically minded staff
Business fluency in both – German and English
Working hours (-3:30hours from Mumbai)
Working days (Swiss holidays)
