Job Profile

KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION
People Management
•Work collaboratively with from Research, CIO, Investment Advisory and Marketing.
Client Management (internal & external)
•Develop, repurpose, edit and deliver timely investment content, with a focus on Asia and the Middle East.
•Adapt and present complex investment content in a clear and engaging manner across multiple formats, ensuring consistency of messaging and high editorial quality
•Write scripts for podcasts, webcasts and other multimedia formats to support campaign delivery

Support the creation, publication and ongoing maintenance of after-sales fund marketing materials
•Assist in the execution of quarterly Structured Products public distribution campaigns by adapting content for different platforms, producing promotional materials of varying formats and lengths and ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards
•Support the planning and execution of flagship campaigns, including Market Outlooks and Alpha conferences
•Contribute to digitalization efforts by supporting the adoption of new content formats and communication channels and using tools such as marketing automation platforms.

•Meet all legal, regulatory and compliance standards/requirements
•Adhere to all relevant Local User Manuals
•Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

 

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

Professional and Technical
•Degree in Finance or a related discipline
•5–8 years of relevant experience in investment communications, research, strategy, or content-related roles within financial services
•Strong ability to synthesise and simplify complex financial information
•Solid writing, editing, and content structuring skills (essential)
•Solid knowledge of investment products especially Structured Products
•Proficiency in Desktop applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial information/data systems (e.g. Bloomberg)
•Familiarity with design and publishing tools (e.g. Adobe InDesign) is a plus
•Strong commercial judgement, business acumen and sound understanding of global investment industry, markets and products
•Language Skills: Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Regulatory
•Familiar with regulatory expectations and requirements
•Cross border rules and regulations
