We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in private credit / leveraged finance /
corporate credit underwriting, supporting global investment teams. The role involves deal screening,
credit risk assessment, financial and cash flow modelling, IC memo preparation, bond or loan pricing
and valuation, and portfolio monitoring in a fast-paced direct lending environment.
In this role, the primary responsibilities encompass oversight of all products, services, and processes in relation to reputational, operational and/or non-financial risks in Asia. This includes identifying and assessing any associated risks as well as providing innovative solutions to mitigate them if/where relevant.
Other aspects also include developing, maintaining, optimising, implementing and conducting effective risk governance and controls framework according to regulatory expectations and internal policies. Further, the individual shall provide support pertaining to regular internal reviews and internal controls which comprise control design, tool administrative matters as well as test executions.
Product Control supports trading and treasury activities by ensuring accurate P&L reporting, reconciliations, and consistent valuations across systems.
It works closely with trading, risk, and finance teams to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and robust balance sheet risk management.
The Investment Risk Management Analyst plays a key role in safeguarding the integrity of investment-related

not directly involved in market or portfolio risk modelling, this position ensures accuracy, timeliness, and
